Our mattress cover and label are both made in North Carolina*
The mattress layers are assembled in Indiana and Illinois.
*From time to time we experience heavier than normal order volume, and to avoid any backorder delays we send our American made fabric to El Salvador and Mexico to be cut and sewn.
