How do I adjust the height of the Layla Kapok Pillow?

The fill inside your Layla® Kapok Pillow will be compressed and bunched up a bit when you remove it from the box. Don't worry, this is normal, but you may find the height of the pillow to be too tall.

If this is the case, after you remove your pillow from the box, place it on a flat surface and use the palms of your hands or fists to massage the pillow and distribute the fill evenly. This will flatten the pillow out a bit to achieve a pillow height that will support your neck perfectly.

If, after sleeping on the pillow, you find that it is still too tall for your liking, simply unzip the pillow cover and remove the desired amount of fill. We suggest keeping the fill you remove in a safe, dry place as you may find out later that you'd like it back.
