Why We Offer Coupons

We love rewarding our customers — and coupons are just one of the ways we say thanks! You might spot them during special promotions or get access through things like email or SMS sign-ups.

For example, you can sign up for SMS alerts at laylasleep.com/layla-sms to get insider deals sent straight to your phone or sign up for our email list on our website and receive deals to your inbox. 

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

• One code at a time: Coupon codes can’t be stacked or combined. Pick the one that gives you the best deal!

• Limited-time only: Some codes expire or are only valid during specific promo windows. If it’s not working, it might be past its expiration date or the promotion may have ended.

• Not everything qualifies: Occasionally, some items may be excluded from promotions — we’ll always do our best to make that clear up front.

• Freebies go fast: If a promo includes a free gift, it’s only available while supplies last. These items can't be swapped out or returned for credit.

• Coupons are non-refundable: Coupon codes don’t have cash value and can’t be exchanged for a refund or cash.

Where to Enter a Coupon Code

*You may need to enter your email address before entering the coupon code*

On Desktop:
At checkout, you’ll see a field labeled “Apply Coupon” on the right side of the screen. Enter your code here and click Apply.

On Mobile:
Once on the checkout page, you'll see a banner at the top of the page labeled "Cart Total". Tap to expand it and you’ll find the “Apply Coupon” field. Enter your code and tap Apply.
