Does Delivery Require a Signature?

Your order will be left at your doorstep. For all Layla® products you do not have to be home and no signature is required for the package(s).

If you have concerns regarding your package(s) being left at your door you may make special instruction requests on the checkout page such as; "Deliver to the leasing office" or "Leave on side porch", but it is ultimately up to the delivery person to carry out your requests and they may decide not to do so for a variety of reasons.

If delivery to your doorstep is not a good idea, you may choose to Ship to a FedEx Hold At Location where you can pick up your shipment within 7-10 days after delivery. This is highly suggested if you don't feel comfortable with your product(s) being delivered to your doorstep as Layla is not responsible for any stolen packages.
