To file a warranty claim, simply follow this link and our Chatbot will guide you through the process.
You will need access to the email account you placed the order on to verify it's you. You'll receive a confirmation code to your email, simply provide that when prompted by the Layla Chatbot and follow the next steps.
The Chatbot will also ask for photos of your product, here's the photos we request:
- Closeup of the impacted area
- The entire product
- The law tag, or care tag, if applicable.
You can view examples of these examples of these photos when prompted by the Chatbot.
